Privacy Policy

Last updated 7 October 2026

This policy explains what personal information Australian Standard Compute collects, why, and what we do with it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. Questions or requests: [email protected].

Your prompts and the model's answers

We do not log, store or read the prompts you send or the answers the model writes, and we never use them to train models. While a request runs, and for a short time afterwards, its text is held in GPU memory so that your next turn starts quickly. That memory is kept separate for each customer: one customer's cached text is never used for another's request. The same applies to questions asked of the setup assistant on the account page.

What we collect

Why we use it

To run your account and keys, take payments, send you sign-in and password codes and important service notices, prevent abuse, and answer you when you contact us. We do not sell personal information and we do not send marketing email.

Who else handles it

Our servers, the GPUs that run the model, and our customer database are in Australia. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Keeping it

We keep your account details and usage totals while your account exists, and website statistics for 13 months. Billing records may be kept longer where tax law requires. Email us to have your account deleted; we revoke its keys and delete its details, except records we must keep by law.

Your choices

You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you, or to delete your account, by emailing [email protected]. If you are unhappy with how we handled a privacy matter, tell us first and we will respond within 30 days. You can also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).

Security

Passwords and key secrets are stored only as one-way hashes, the site is served over HTTPS only, and access to our servers is restricted. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach is likely to cause you serious harm, we will tell you and the Commissioner as the law requires.
